How can we assist you?

ARE PRIVATE JETS SAFE?

Private jets are subjected to periodical checks as are airline aircraft is, and only certified technicians and pilots have access to them.

Both technicians and pilots are trained in an aviation training center certified by the authorities and pilots fullfill all the requirements as instructed by the law.

Fast Private Jet operates only with operators certified and recognized by the authorities.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CHARTER A PRIVATE JET?

We charter a jet fleet which is located worldwide without a fixed base. This means that any quotation we prepare is subject to the positioning of the aircraft.  We don’t charge a fixed cost per hour but each quotation is prepared ad-hoc taking into consideration various factors such as: airplane type, crew, positioning costs, airport taxes, landing fees, overflying fees and others.

IS VAT APPLICABLE?

Supply of services is in principle taxed at the customer’s place of establishment and, when no exemption applies, VAT is applicable for all domestic flights.

Please refer to the following tax rates as examples:

Austria 13%
Italy 10%
United Kingdom    20%
The Netherlands    21%
Spain 10%
Germany 19%
France 10%

 

Other countries may apply different VAT rates.

However, in order to ensure that VAT receipts accrue to the Member State of consumption, there are some exceptions.

The general principle in respect of the right to deduct input VAT and VAT refunds is that a taxable entity is allowed to deduct the VAT paid on deliveries (purchases) insofar as the goods or services are used for its business activities.

HOW LONG IS THE FAST PRIVATE JET CHARTER OFFER VALID FOR?

Each offer is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?

We accept bank transfer, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX), or PayPal. We provide the highest standards of data security. Special conditions are offered to frequent flyers.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED TO CONFIRM MY BOOKING?

Before take-off, Fast Private Jet needs to receive a signed copy of the contract as well as a credit card details as a guarantee for the payment. In addition, full passenger details and a copies of all passports are required, pet's document included (if applicable).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO STRETCH THE OF TIME OF DEPARTURE?

As a standard, Fast Private Jet provides a 1 hour flexibility around take-off times. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at [email protected] if you need to modify or extend the time of departure.

DO I RECEIVE A FLIGHT TICKET AFTER MY BOOKING?

After booking you will receive a confirmation of the booking itself. Then, 24 hours before departure, you will receive a flight briefing with all the relevant information regarding your flight such as time of departure, destination, general aviation terminal address, number of passenger on board, and some other additional information.

HOW LONG BEFORE TAKE-OFF DO I HAVE TO BE AT THE AIRPORT?

We recommend that you to be at the airport no later than 20 minutes before take-off, in order not to expedite the boarding procedure.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE IS ALLOWED ON BOARD?

This is subject to the type of aircraft you will fly on. Please confirm this with our customer care team. 

Please inform us promptly if you wish to carry any special sport equipment such as skis, golf sets, and bicycles. Remember also that we are pet-friendly!

CAN I TAKE SPECIAL GOODS ON BOARD?

Surf board, golf equipment, ski.... flying private allows you to carry goods easily. Please inform our Customer Care team at time of booking if you plan to carry any unusual goods as some may not be allowed by authorities or need to be declared as, for example, hunting equipment. Please also note that private jets do not fall into the liquid limtation rules, in case you want to carry your own wine. 

CAN I ORDER SPECIAL FOOD TO HAVE ON BOARD?

Certainly. We do organize on request some catering option according to time of departure and duration of the flight. If you have some specific requests like specific diet, allergies, intolerances, special occasion or simply you feel like eating or drinking something specific, do not hesitate to let us know how can we best assist you. We can arrange basically everything, from flowers decoration, your favourite wine, baby food and baby diapers, pet food....

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE CABIN?

Yes, pets are welcome! Please note that different destinations are subjected to specific pet treatments (for example quarantine). The vaccination booklet of the pet is customer responsibility, as well as microchip. Our Customer Care Team can provide you with any relative information regarding all destinations. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE A PICK UP ON ARRIVAL?

Yes, we provide tailored travel solutions not limited to pick up on the apron with a limousine, we can also arrange helicopter transfers or any other kind of ground or water transportation. It is possible to arrange on your behalf also hotel booking, tickets for events, restaurant booking and much more.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE ON BOARD OF A PRIVATE JET?

All flights are sold as non-smoking flights. However, upon request, we can arrange it, with the approval of the operator. Please note that this might encounter a price increase (according to the operator) due to aircraft sanification procedure after flight.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

In the event of a flight cancellation, Fast Private Jet shall retain the deposit in accordance with our cancellation policy as follows:

 

  • 25% if the cancellation occurs between 7 and 5 days prior to the departure date as indicated in the contract.
  • 50% if the cancellation occurs between 72 and 48 hours before the departure date as indicated in the contract.
  • 75% if the cancellation occurs between 48 and 24 hours before the departure date as indicated in the contract.
  • 100% if cancellation occurs within 24 hours before departure data, as indicated in the contract.

ARE THERE ANY PROMOTION OFFERED BY FAST PRIVATE JET FOR FREQUENT FLYERS?

Yes, we have private jet flight by-the-hour packages. You book an amount of flight hours that you plan to fly in a year (for example, 100 flight hours), and we can arrange a convenient price for you.
